The History of My '77 Honda CB550F SuperSport
I bought this bike off of eBay back in 2002. It spent most of its life in a garage in Iowa. It is completely original, and had less than 6500 original miles when I got it. It even has the original tires!
This bike needs no restoration, and is really fun to ride.
The Honda CB550 SuperSport
The Honda CB fours were a revolution in motorcycling when they were introduced in 1970--a lightweight high-power bike with incredible handling and braking. It defined sportbikes as they are now known. The 550cc version is lighter and handles better than the larger 750cc flagship model. The "F" designation refers to the 4-into-1 exhaust setup, as opposed to the "K" designation for dual 2-into-1s.
